Refund Policy

This policy applies to services provided by Face By Silva.

 1. General

We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and on the terms set out in this policy.

Any and all medical cosmetic injectable services which are administered are not refundable. Every client will utilise the Botox or Dysport, Anti wrinkle, Kybella or Fillers differently. The risk of ptosis, raised muscle, lower muscle, swelling, redness or vascular occlusion has been explained prior to treatment. Allergic reaction will be treated and any event of an allergic reaction or adverse reaction is a risk with every client. Experiencing such a event will not constitute a refund of the completed treatment.

Client agrees to the injection treatment knowing the risk and has realistic expectations of the results and risk. Medications are administered as approved and ordered by the facility medical provider. Needles have a great risk of causing trauma and bruising along with swelling, redness and tenderness. These reactions are expected and normal with aesthetic injectables. Aesthetic medications are administered by a certified aesthetic injection provider and include on-label and off-label treatment areas based on the client’s desire and need as ordered.

2. The Australian Consumer Law

The ACL provides consumer guarantees which protect consumers when they buy products and services. Face By Silva complies with the ACL. If there is any inconsistency between this policy and the ACL, then the ACL will prevail. If a product or service purchased from us is faulty then you may be entitled to have the product replaced, the service redelivered, or the cost refunded.

3. Change of mind

There is no refund on prepaid packages, in clinic treatments, products, services, memberships or vouchers, for reasons that include but not limited to, change of mind, loss of voucher and moving interstate.

We do not refund for change of mind or for unrealistic expectations not being met. Results will be discussed in your consultation and the best treatment option will be carefully discussed with you prior to any treatment taking place.

Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.

4. Non transferable

Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics

5. Response Time

We aim to process any requests for, services to be redelivered or refunds within [Insert days] days of receipt.

6. Refund payments 

We pay all refunds in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card used to make the original purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, or replacement, you must provide proof of purchase to our reasonable satisfaction and may be required to provide identification.

Refunds for services will only be provided in circumstances where the services have not yet been performed.

7. Cancellation

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation.
